Accommodation:
Everland Retreat
Everland Retreat is located a short walk or cycle ride to shops, cafes and vineyards and is ideally suited to groups of 10.
The house has five separate sleeping areas, five bathrooms, a separate lounge, a large dining or conference room, a full kitchen and laundry. There is a radiator based heating system throughout the house that is generated from a log fire. However, you won't be needing this in the Wairarapa summer so there is a very large deck that is partially covered and has plenty of outdoor furniture including large sun umbrellas. The large kitchen has ample room for friends or family to cook together with plenty of bench space, a large new oven and 6 burner gas cook top. There is a large fridge freezer with ice maker and a wide range of utensils and serving dishes, cutlery and crockery. The large separate dining area comfortably accommodates 16 people with room for a celebratory shared meal, or capacity for a small conference or team meeting. The downstairs bedroom has sleeps 2 and has an adjacent bathroom that has wheel chair access and is suitable for people who are disabled or not keen to climb stairs. The upstairs bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms except bedroom 3 which has exclusive use of the main upstairs bathroom with it's shower and large bathtub. To help ensure our guests are able to fully relax and recharge, there is a spa pool with seating for up to 7 in our private back garden. We are happy to welcome ONE well behaved dog but please ensure you clean up after him/her. Family celebrations, conferences or other functions with outside guests are negotiable with extra fees applicable by arrangement. Use of the house is limited to those staying unless by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred if they cause any damage to our home or contents |
